My practice is dedicated to representing individuals who need the services of an experienced trial lawyer. I represent individuals who have been injured in car crashes, slips and falls, medical and legal malpractice, municipal court, and general litigation. As a former active duty Navy Judge Advocate, and retired member of the United States Naval Reserve, I am one of the few attorneys in this area, who is experienced in handling cases involving claims against the Federal government, that are being brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act. I have dedicated the last twenty years to representing people, who need a lawyer who is able to represent them in court. I completed my first jury trial, while I was still a student at the Boston University School of Law. Since then I have tried to verdict more than seventy five cases before a jury, and represented more than a thousand individuals whose cases were filed in court. While I believe that many times it is in the client's best interests to settle their case, I have a record that demonstrates to the insurance companies, that I am prepared to try your case, if it is appropriate to do so.
